Orders are processed within 2-4 business days within the U.S. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us and we'll work with the courier to resolve it.

We do not accept any returns by default. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
